i would like to redecorate my childrens bedroom but i am on a tight budget so would like to know if there is anywhere i can get cheap wallpaper?

Why don't you just paint instead? You can have some fun with color or create wide stripes for interest. Wall paper is labor intensive and with changing tastes much more difficult to change out than paint. Decorate instead with their accessories.
