We used to love the croissants hot from the oven at French Fantasies bakery, so this drizzly Sunday morning, we decided to go French! Oui oui!

The croissants were still good, but not as hot from the oven at 10am. I had a Croque Monseur which was positively oozing bechemel sauce! :)

Julia's dad had a beef pie with a wonderful crust, but the gravy wasn't as rich as I'd like. Still good though! I especially liked the rustic fluted crust :)
